I spent years attracting relationships that looked different on the surface but felt remarkably similar underneath. I did the work — therapy, books, journaling, courses. I became very good at understanding the pattern. And still, knowing why I was doing something didn't always stop me from doing it.

What changed my approach was recognising that insight was only one part of the picture. I began working not only with conscious patterns and behaviours, but with the emotional and energetic layers underneath them.

That combination became the foundation of EVOLVE.

EVOLVE is a private 7-week 1:1 programme for women who keep finding themselves in the same relationship dynamics, even when they understand their patterns and have already done a lot of personal development work. We work with the conscious, emotional and energetic layers of the pattern through private sessions, Pranic Healing and practical integration between sessions.
EVOLVE isn't about replacing therapy or dismissing the work you've already done. It builds on the self-awareness you may already have. Rather than only exploring why a pattern exists, we also work with how it continues to show up emotionally, behaviourally and energetically. Pranic Healing is one of the methods I use alongside our 1:1 work to support that process.
No. You don't need any previous experience with energy healing or a particular belief system. I explain what we're doing and why as we go. All I ask is that you're open to experiencing a different approach.
No. In fact, being single can be an incredibly useful time to do this work. EVOLVE focuses on the patterns you bring into relationships — not simply the relationship you're currently in. The aim is to understand and change the pattern before it simply repeats with someone else.
Your investment includes the complete 7-week private EVOLVE journey, with seven 75-minute 1:1 sessions, Pranic Healing integrated into the programme, personalised guidance, and access to the EVOLVE Client Portal. The portal includes assessments, guided meditations, breathing practices, reflection exercises, pattern resources and tools to support your integration between sessions.
